The Associate, 2015
Deborah Odagbodo
I am Deborah Odagbodo, senior with a double major in Accounting and Healthcare Management, and I am serving as the moderate this year for The Associate.
What is the Associate?
The Associate (The CBE’s version of The Apprentice) is a case competition; where eight of some of the best seniors the CBE has to offer compete for a full-in position with the sponsoring company. In the past we have had AOL, Baltimore Gas & Electric, Target, and SECU as sponsoring businesses. Every week a new case is given by different businesses. The cases are real challenges the companies are currently dealing with. After the case is presented, students then have one week to come up with and present their findings and final recommendations. The presenting company and panel of judges then decide on which student will be fired for that week.
Who are the seniors involved this year?
